How do I contact you?

What are you store hours?

  • Monday – Saturday, 10am – 7pm (EST) and Sunday, 11am – 5pm (EST)

How soon are items shipped?

  • All orders are shipped within 24 hours from receipt of an order. Email inquiries sent on the weekend will be answered on the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

How are items shipped?

  • All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, unless a shipping upgrade is selected. You will have the option of all available shipping options at checkout.

Can Maniacs ship to an alternate address?

  • Yes. You will have the option to select to ship to a different address at checkout. If you are sending the item as a gift, you can also send a gift message too!

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please make sure it is also the address listed on your payment method, however you will need to enter a physical address as the shipping address. If you need help, please contact us at websales@maniacshobby.com.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?

  • Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that our customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!

What is your Return Policy?

  • Returns and/or exchanges are accepted for unopened, non-sale items (less shipping & handling charges) within 15 days of purchase and must be accompanied with the original receipt. For more about Returns, refunds and return shipping options, click here.

How are Defects and Warranty Items handled?

  • Defective items are handled directly with our customer service team. Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Maniacs is happy to assist our customers with their warranty, however Maniacs does not provide any direct warranty on any items sold. Please visit our Defects and Warranty page or contact customer service for assistance for assistance.

What if I need to cancel or modify an order I just placed?

  • If you change your mind or need to make any changes, act quickly! Order cancellations/modifications must be done within 20 minutes of placing your order. We strive to process orders extremely quick.

Help! Can I get repairs done with Maniacs even though I live in another state?

  • It doesn’t matter where you live – we can repair basically anything that’s fixable, install any upgrades, or custom build whatever it is you’re looking for from turbine jets to RC cars and everything in-between. For more information on Repairs, click here.
